ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 month agoA. If it is infact gastric or acidity then take Syrup Gaviscon 10ml end. It is safe during pregnancy and can be multiple times in a day. If the pain is very severe than it is advisable to consult your doctor.
