A. Namaste Mom As the child is now one year and above gets a little easier as now all regular family foods can be given to them as such. You could give rice , roti dals, sago , idli , upma, chilla/dosa, poha etc chicken fish, eggs as well dry fruits, nuts and seeds seasonal fruits and vegetables
