ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi yes milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years.. don't worry and keep eyes on proper maintenance of oral hygiene by brushing twice daily.. within a gap of 3-6 months permanent teeth will erupt
