Q.

Today we had her 45day vacation after that baby is not stop crying and for leg swelling. please tell me the your suggestions

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she has received vaccinations and she has swelling at injection site so she is crying constantly so give her 1 ml paracetamol three times a day

A. in such a case you need to get your child examined by your pediatrician and then only pewroper treatment could be given further under strict medical guidance it will be better
