today there is no clinic due to ganesh chaturthi...can I give nebulizer to him by adding budesonuide and normal saline in it

Saline water is just fine if you want to use but never use medicine without consulting the doctor i understand your concern that the clinics are closed but if you have an option of calling your Dr do that otherwise use water that would be a better choice
