Q.
Today the little one get 3 injenctions in both thigh and right hand. He is crying very loudly and frequently. plz guide how to releive his pain.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
remain in contact with your doctor for proper advice

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello keeping ice pack can help to reduce the pain and also you can be giving your child paracetamol if the child is having fever which can also help to reduce the fever also in kids and also reduce pain also on kids which g can be helpful for the child to recover fast
