Q.

Today my son fall off from the bed. He cried for sometime but was consolable and started playing laughing and and was normal in activities. He got small bump on forehead left side and little redness on the back of the head. Now in the evening was able to sense small bump on back of the head. No visible redness as such now. Would like to know is there anything I need to check further?
