Baby spit some amount of milk and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You should just keep your baby on your shoulder for sometime after every feed it will help baby to digest milk easily. Rather than this if your baby is totally on mother’s milk then you should make some changes in your diet plan because babies digestion depends on mother’s diet
