Q.

today my baby got 10 th week vaccination. he is having severe pain and swelling around the injection site but je doesn't get a fever..... is there any problem.... kindly answer me...

A. it is OK some babies do not get fever after vaccine so it is a normal thing if baby is having pain then you can apply ice pack over the injection site

A. You can give a cool compress to soothe the vaccination pain. Dab a clean cool cloth preferably dipped in cold water on the vaccinated spot for few minutes. Mild fever and pain is common after vaccination. But if there is high temperatures or the fever doesn't subside for more than two days or u notice anything abnormal at the injection site or the baby is way too much in discomfort take the baby to the doctor.
