Today My 7 month old baby suddenly doing potty again and again and few hours she has fever. After giving gastica drops she did foamy potty but she is crying a lot.

A. baby is having infection the reason for frequent passing stool and fever Please give zinconia syrup to the baby e 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes ORS to avoid dehydration

A. It could be bcoz of some stomach infection.. but I’ll suggest ask ur paediatrician..
