Q.
Today is the third day of my missed period, I checked in the morning, so I did not understand the result and I also have pain from 3-4 days in the lower side abdomen and back.

Yeah actually cannot be sure about it because the Line is extremely fine so there are very less chances of it being positive if you need to be more sure about it I would advise you to get an ultrasound done or go for a beta HCG that is going to give you a very clear picture of the situation
