Q.
Today is my 8th day of c section and I am having my breast full of milk. I m breast feeding my baby but still my breast is hard .I daily pump out atleast 100 ml milk. but still it is hard.please help me

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. using a warm compress, or taking a warm shower to encourage milk let down.feeding more regularly, or at least every one to three hours.nursing for as long as the baby is hungry.massaging your breasts while nursing.applying a cold compress or ice pack to relieve pain and swelling.
