today I tested on pregnancy kit and it came out positive planning visit doctor in couple of days meanwhile I am getting so much gas and feeling pains of periods. could you advise whether it's normal or not

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. first of all Congratulations!!!!! may you have a happy and healthy pregnancy and delivery. gas is common in these days. you must eat frequent small meals. sleep well and take good care of yourself. pain may be due to gas or acidity. but to be on the safer side better to consult your gynecologist soon. she will guide you better. every pregnancy is different. also you need personal attention at this stage. take care.
