today i have passed brown spot on my panty..period not come ane next day priod come.so brown spot come is vount as first day or period

Spotting is also considered as first day of the periods so that was your first day to be considered if you are trying to conceive you should have meditation and regular exercising which helps a lot to maintain good health for conception
