Q.

Today I have given 3rd vaccine, there is black spot on his leg around injected area, is it normal?

A. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maxicmum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it contincues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. hello try keeping an icepack over the area which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
