ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Namaste Mom Would recommend to first start with liquid foods let the baby get used to it as such and gradually to semi solids from age of 6 months onwards

Your question is unclear to me I’m not understanding why would you like to eat Cerelac yourself that’s not clear in anyways when when we start giving food to the child you have to make sure that the child is six months complete and then only you can give food
