RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. 0.5 ML can be given to the child maximum after every six hours is the temperature rises and further more if you do not is the temperature going down with a maximum 72 hours on the higher side then you’ll have to re-check with your doctor for that
