A. Mix together one-half cup each of fennel seeds, cumin seeds and rock candy (misri) in a bowl. Grind the ingredients to make a fine powder. Have one teaspoon of it with one cup of milk for one or two weeks. or you can soak one tablespoon fenugreek seeds with one cup of water overnight, and in the morning boil the water with fenugreek seeds for sometime and strain it let it be cool down and drink as a tea.
