A. hi I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child because the more your child suck , the more milk is produced naturally mam ,you can take food items like sprouted fenugreek seeds, drumsticks soup, boiled sweet potatoes,nuts , dry fruits etc for this too as stress can reduce your breastmilk supply, please avoid taking stress.
