A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. offer more liquids and fruits

A. Just The regular food you are giving to the child is good enough for weight gain and also you can increase the amount of fats and proteins into your child’s daily diet it’s very important that your child should be eating everything that you are giving that will help in weight gain
