sir ,for healthy living ,as per my opinion ,one should prefer natural ways.
I mean ,it is best to take homemade freshly cooked food items more.
diet should include green veggies, citrus fruits,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep body well hydrated.
it is best to take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
Avoid drinking RO water.
go for a walk daily.
or practice yoga or mediation.
set consistent schedule for this.
avoid late nights .
