manjusha tpMom of a 2 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. give same breast for minimum 20mnt.becoz first coming milk is watery it reduces thirst of baby.after that hindmilk will come .it is thick contain fat and other nutrition enhances baby weight gain.feed baby every 2_3hrly.
