# thyroid problem sir .I lost my waight now I'm 43 kgs .now I'm taken 75mg power tablets thyronorm

A. Thyroid function tests are indicated after every three and six months , Regular daily walking and meditation helps control thyroid to much extent. And consult with reports. Thyroid medicines should never be stopped immediately and you should reduce the dose 1st and then stop if the levels are remaining normal
