A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with timex
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time . x

A. If your 15-month-old baby is having trouble sleeping and wakes up frequently even in a darkened room, it could be due to several factors:
1. **Sleep Environment**: Ensure the room is quiet and at a comfortable temperature. Sometimes, white noise machines can help babies stay asleep.
2. **Bedtime Routine**: Establish a consistent bedtime routine to signal that it’s time to sleep. This might include activities like a warm bath, reading a book, or singing a lullaby.
3. **Nap Schedule**: Ensure that daytime naps are not too close to bedtime. Overnaps or inconsistent nap schedules can affect nighttime sleep.
4. **Comfort**: Check if the baby’s bedding and pajamas are comfortable and not too warm or cold.
5. **Health Issues**: Consider if there might be any underlying health issues affecting sleep, like teething or digestive issues.
If the problem persists, it’s a good idea to discuss it with your pediatrician to rule out any medical concerns and to get personalized advice.
