this type of something on my husband's head, they are 8 or more in numbers. can anyone please tell me what this is ? is there any problem?

Very difficult so it would be good for you to kindly get it checked with the dermatologist and it is on the other parts of the head also as you are mentioning so the doctor would be able to give you a clarity as to what kind of an issue it is and what treatment would be required
