Author of questionGuardian of 4 children1 month agoA. already showed pediatrician she gave an syrup he has allergy in blood like tht till 28th she gave tht syrup it hing s not their but tht black tiny dots are appearing so I'm asking this question ❓

Well I don’t understand what may have been a reason behind it so I really cannot confirm it is going to be better that you kindly check with your doctor for a physical assessment and only then they can confirm about what the situation is and why this is happening
