Hi mom Unable to see your pic It may be hyper pigmentation Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Apply gram flour turmeric mixture daily Apply coconut oil or olive oil Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash your hands often before touching your baby It will correct soon No need to worry
