This is my first pregnancy. Im 38 weeks pregnant and baby's head is still not engaged. What are the chances of veginal delivery for me?

A. Usually the head should engage by 36 weeks of pregnancy. If you’re very serious, you can give a trial of labor and see if the head is getting engaged during the process of labor. If not, then you might require surgery.
