Q.
This is for the 5.th time milk blister is formed on my brest .I had used to follow some home remedies.but this time its too hard to overcome.Not healed completely using home remedies.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and after try to manually express your milk.
Feed your baby more often,After thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast.
Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.

i suggest you please once consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please drain out milk from it
