RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl1 day agoA. Mam see if the infection subside with a course of antibiotics then the surgery would not be suggested but if it is deep rooted and medicines are not helping surgery would be the last option for you looking at the picture I cannot confirm whether surgery would be required in this case or not
