thermometer nahi Hein ghr par paracetamol khilayq 3 bar par abhi thoda km Hein kyan Kori

A. if you are in doubt if the child is having fever you can give paracetamol and can be repeated after every 6 hours if required also you can do cold sponging of the body to reduce the temperature

A. Hello Without a thermometer we cannot be sure whether it is fever or not so I cannot advise you to start giving paracetamol to your child because I’m not sure whether your child is having fever or not so if you think the body temperature is really high start doing cold sponging and still if you need then you give paracetamol but you should always have a thermometer at home when there is a child around
