Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it crould be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Applicationf of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

It Could be due to heat in the body but I cannot really be very sure about it because I’m not able to see them I can only tell you that if this is the situation then you should consult a skin doctor ones or maybe a paediatrician they will guide you advise you correctly on
