there is no cold, no sneezing, just dry cough and bulgum. which syrup should be given.?? weight is 10 kg

A. hello try ti guve wa fluids n akso u can apply instabt rub from babyhug can help too n ny concern is better ti chk ir doctor n sje will be able to guide u accorringly
