There is a small cut on the top of foot thumb of my son which is 4 year old some time it fills up naturally without any medicine,I want to know is this because of deficiency of any mineral or some kind of infection?

do apply Soframycin skin cream on it couple of times a, day.
give him well balanced diet.

Get your child personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
