There are very small grain sized thing I can see on baby's stomach and thighs, I have not changed baby oil, what could be the reason behind it?

It could be due to heat sometimes in the body it has not always something to do with the oil or the products that you are using so it is only at one hour to place its fine but if it is increasing or any other issue that you feel is happening then you should immediately be consulting your doctor ones
