there are so many red bumps around the mouth,is it because of breast milk?

Sometime when kids start to have their teeth that kids start to drool a lot and because of that rashes around the mouth can appear not necessarily associated with breastfeeding so you should check with your doctor and they advise you with the right ointment to apply
