the skin of my sons face has become very rough.red patches and develop white spot which is prominent. plse suggest what should I do??

please do the following things:
offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
give Massage to your child daily
avoid using soap while bathing your child.
don't give bath for more than 10 minutes
maintain good hygiene.
