the gap between two leg is more than normal size so it's looks as bow leg can message help it he is 18months old

no treatment is required except proper diet.
kindly continue vitamin d supplementsf if you are not taking the child in sunlight.
if proper diet fis being given then there is no need to worry about any calcium supplement.
the curved legs/ bend legs usually take a normal shape by two years to three years of age.
if in doubt then meet the doctor.
