The frequency of popping has increased he used to poop 2-3 times in day but now its 4-5 times. I have noticed a new change whenever he feeds at the same time he poops or after completing meal. He poop is coming soft & not liquidy so i am assuming its not constipation. Is it because of teething or stomach infection or weather change impact trying to understand. Its been more than 3 days i am noticing the same. Pls advise what should i do??
