the fever is not going down. gave her paracetamol at 9 pm. slight reduction in fever, it again shot up to 102. gave ibuprofen at 1 am. it's been three hours . fever did not come down. it's 101.4.

A. dear parents, of temprature is mot responding after giving paracetomol and ibugesic withing 1 hours, do tepid sponging to bring down temprature. make sure to offer medicine in right dose.
