A. Severe dryness/ ichthyosis is dry skin. You need to moisturise properly. Use sebamed moisturiser, it moisturises the skin and it is safe and gentle

A. hello the skin is very very dry and you can try to apply pur coconut oil from babyhug and massage and then also give a wash using a gentle wash then you can apply mild lotion which will prevent the dryness and keep skin soft and smooth
