The doctor recommended cos 3 syrup to my baby because he doesn't speak. has anyone used this syrup for their child ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to not that there is no medicine to improve the speech in the child. the doctor must have given the medicine for some other reason so please clarify this with your doctor and for speech you need to assess the milestones of the child and if needed speech therapy can be initiated
