the doctor advised my daughter to wear spectacles her number is cylinderical for both the eyes ie 3.50 and 2.50 and in left eye there is 0.5 spherical number also.. Is this number problematic?? what extra care and diet should I add to her routine and exercises too? kindly guide

See you can do exercises but since number doesn’t go that easily but yet if you want you can ask your doctor if you maintain anything into the diet of the child and what kind of exercising can you do also try to always give more of dairy products and calcium rich diet to the child that is also going to be helpful to fight itWrite Your Answer Here
