The crepe bandage should be tied tight or okay okay to improve blood circulation? What can be done to reduce swelling in thumb of child after injury. X ray shows no bone issue

It should be just tight Enna weather skin has breathing space into that you should not be dropping it too tight or to lose so it is just going to be on that basis weather skill as a breathing space in that and if you do not understand it this way you can ask your doctor for a demonstration
