A. It is important to follow the vaccination schedule as closely as possible to ensure the effectiveness of the vaccine and your baby's health. However, if you missed the vaccination date for the 6-week injection, it is generally okay to give it a day or two later. That being said, it’s best to avoid significant delays to ensure timely protection for your baby. What to do: Consult your pediatrician: Before giving the vaccine, it's a good idea to check with your pediatrician to confirm whether it's safe to give the vaccine a day later or if any adjustments need to be made. Catch-up Schedule: If you're missing vaccinations, many pediatricians will suggest a "catch-up" schedule to ensure your baby gets all the required vaccines in time. To avoid further delays, try to schedule and keep track of future vaccinations to stay on schedule.
