ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 hours agoA. Namaste Mom, Weight gain after the age of slightly slows down as such , as per the age it is fine, you may calculate it as per the birth weight which is expected to triple by the age of 1 and later double by the age of 5.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 hours agoA. Hello mama If ur baby is active and playful, then no need to worry about weight much. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee , dry fruits, paneer, potatoes, rice ,egg ,banana shake ,avocado etc in diet for weight gain..
