Q.

The baby gets cranky and at times stops eating when there’s a change of nanny. How to change that? Is it normal?

A. whenever there is continuum and habit to a certain thing then the baby won't have a problem and whenever that changes definitely the baby will become cranky. make sure that the mealtimes are not forced and preferably with someone who is familiar with the baby

A. Hello dear parent, yes it is absolutely normal. Your baby gets used to one person and if you will.change that person, baby will take time to relate to other nanny. As different people have. Different ways of treating kids. Best is, if you only be with the baby when she has to eat food, so that you do nkt face this problem of changing nannies.
