Thank you so much for previous replies. It has been helpful. Also Currently Iam staying in Pune and iam giving my baby Amul cow milk but will be moving to my hometown for a month and this particular brand isn’t easily available so can i change the brand to Gyan or any other?

A. Cow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes. Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficienfcy anemia as cow's milk lacksd iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy protein of cow's milk .
