Thank you doctor , however he never cry for feeding even though i maintain gap of 4hrs in every feeding

thats fine
you can feed baby as per demand or as baby wakes up or 2 to 3 hours
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age

Then it’s okay if your child is not crying but if your child is comfortable and full for at least four hours of time that you repeating your feeling every four hours then that is good you should continue with the same if your child is well and healthy and this is a good schedule
