Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is natural for the baby to have pain in the gums Eruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby

U Give paracetamol to your child for the time being but if there is pain it is better that you get it checked with the paediatric dentist because then only you will come to know very clearly as to what is the issue behind it and also what is the treatment or medicine for that
